Scheduling & Booking

Use our Booking Widget to check available sessions in a convenient calendar and for scheduling rehearsing sessions any time!

Rates

We offer hourly base rates based on size and equipment of our facilities.

 

Deals & Bonusses

Reduced rates appliy to less frequented times of the day and will be shown automatically once you are logged in. The currently best available rate for your booking will be applied to calculate the final price:

Weekdays:

  • 7am – 10am: Early Bird, 25% off the base rate
  • 10am – 12: Morning Rate, 20% off the base rate
  • 12am – 4pm: Afternoon Rate, 10 off the base rate
  • 4pm – 10pm: Standard Rate, base rate

 

We will charge an additional refundable chip deposit for every key chip we hand you over.

  • Chip Deposit: 5,00 € (payable in cash upon delivery, refundable)

Rates for additional equipment upon inquiry.

All rates include 20% VAT.

Payment

Together with your booking confirmation we will e-mail you an invoice payable in advance via bank transaction.

Currently we can not accept any other methods of payment!

Prior to your first rehearsing session you may pick up a key chip during our office hours as soon as the deposit and the transaction for your first session cleared. Please make an appointment via e-mail. You can bring a transaction receipt for an easier allocation of your payment.

We will gladly show you around our facilities if you are a new customer – no strings attached! You can activate your chip for all future rehearsal simply by booking online.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Up until 48 hours before your confirmed booking you may cancel any session. We’ll gladly top your account up with a 100% of the schedule value for use at a later date!
We cannot refund any confirmed bookings during the last 48 hours prior to a session out of fairness over our other customers!

Equipment:

Our rehearsal rooms are fully equipped and acoustically treated. You’re welcome to bring personal gear! Please reserve the time to restore any changes you make to the room’s setup during your rehearsal out of respect to the following musicians.

We may be able to provide for special and / or additional gear for just a little extra upon inquiry!
